1. About These Terms

These Terms of Service govern all purchases of music licenses on savanamusic.com, operated by Savana Echo Sounds / Plazza Invest LLC. By completing a purchase, you agree to these terms in full. EU consumers retain all statutory rights under applicable consumer protection law.

2. License Tiers & Pricing

All music is sold under one of three license tiers. Prices are in USD and include applicable taxes.

🎬 Influencer / Creator

$4.99 / track

YouTube, TikTok, Instagram, Podcasts, Livestreams. Unlimited videos. Lifetime use.

🎧 DJ & Event

$14.99 / track

Clubs, festivals, radio mixes, public events, cafés & venues. Lifetime use.

🏢 Business / Commercial

$49.99 / track

Paid ads, TV/Radio, imagefilms, company websites. Worldwide. Lifetime use.

3. What Your License Grants

Upon purchase, Savana Echo Sounds / Plazza Invest LLC grants you a non-exclusive, worldwide, perpetual (lifetime) license to use the licensed track(s) within the scope of your chosen tier. Ownership of the composition and recording remains with Savana Echo Sounds / Plazza Invest LLC at all times.

4. What Is Not Permitted (All Tiers)

Resale, redistribution or sublicensing of the audio file itself
Uploading the unmodified track to streaming platforms (Spotify, Apple Music, etc.) as your own release
Registering the track with Content-ID, GEMA or any performing rights organisation as your own work
Claiming authorship or copyright of the composition
Sharing download links with third parties

Influencer/Creator licenses additionally do not cover paid advertising campaigns, TV/Radio broadcast or public venue playback. DJ & Event licenses do not cover paid advertising or broadcast.

5. Delivery & Download

Upon successful payment (PayPal, BTC or USDT), your MP3 download link is sent to the email address provided at checkout. Delivery is instant after payment confirmation. For crypto payments, confirmation may take up to 30 minutes depending on network congestion. If you do not receive your download within 2 hours, contact savanamusic@eclipsomail.com.

6. Refund Policy

Due to the digital nature of our products and your explicit consent at checkout, all sales are final once a download has been initiated. For technical issues preventing download, contact us within 48 hours. EU consumers' statutory rights remain unaffected.

7. Intellectual Property

All music, artwork and content on savanamusic.com is © 2026 Savana Echo Sounds / Plazza Invest LLC. Music is produced using a combination of live instruments, DAW production and licensed AI tools (Suno Studio tier — commercial rights held by the artist). All rights reserved worldwide.

8. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Savana Echo Sounds / Plazza Invest LLC shall not be liable for indirect, incidental or consequential damages arising from use of our music or website.

9. Governing Law

These terms are governed by applicable EU and international law. Disputes shall be resolved through negotiation in the first instance. EU consumers retain all statutory rights under applicable consumer protection law.
